1. Returns

We accept returns within 48 hours of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

2. Exchanges

All exchanges must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date and accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Please note that we do not accept returns on items that are sourced on request. Additionally, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons:

  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Tights

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@theluxeshopper.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the item(s) back to us. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds but provide exchanges so you can select an alternative item. For details, please feel free to reach out to our team. We are here to help.

6. Exchanges Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will notify you of the status of the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund or offer an alternative solution.
